What is a SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit Mandate?

With a SEPA Corporate Direct Debit Mandate, you authorize otara GmbH to collect your invoices from your account at the due date. This eliminates the need for cumbersome transfers.

IMPORTANT: The account in question must not be a personal account. A SEPA Corporate Direct Debit Mandate is only valid for business accounts.

How do I apply for a SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit Mandate?

1. Download the document using the following link: SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit Mandate.
   
   
2. Fill out the form in triplicate: Name/Company Name, Bank Details, Date & Signature.
   
   
3. Have the mandate countersigned by your bank with a stamp and signature, and then send us only the „Copy for the Payee“.
   
   
4. Upon receiving the form from you, you will receive a confirmation of when the mandate has been registered with us.

If the signed SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit Mandate is not on file, we are not authorized to debit amounts from your account.
