Additional information:
If the return is fully justified, you will be credited a flat rate of €4.12 net for your return costs.

Goodwill returns of new goods are only possible under the following conditions:

• Item must be in unopened and unlabelled original packaging.
• The item must be no more than 30 days old (date of sale to date of posting).
• A processing fee of 5€ net per item will be charged.
• otara is entitled to exclude an item from return if necessary.
