What is the otara Secret Santa Week?

For one week, we randomly add one of our festive Wichtel gifts to your order. During the otara Wichtel Week, we mix all gift types together. Every order automatically receives one of our Christmas goodies – completely random and while stocks last.

Who is taking part?

All customers of otara GmbH who place an order between 8 and 12 December 2025.

What gifts can I receive?

During our Secret Santa Week, we automatically add a small surprise package to every order. Look forward to goodies such as:

Are there any conditions of participation?

Yes, but only for redeeming our vouchers.

Validity of the vouchers
– The €5 and €10 vouchers issued during the Wichtel Week are valid until 31 January 2026.
– Once the validity period has expired, the voucher becomes void and cannot be redeemed.

Redeemability
– Vouchers can be redeemed exclusively in the online shop of otara GmbH.
– The €5 voucher requires a minimum order value of €50 (net).
– The €10 voucher requires a minimum order value of €100 (net).
– The voucher can only be redeemed by otara customers.
– Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Combining multiple vouchers or using them with other discounts or promotions is not permitted.

Usage & exclusions
– A cash payout of the voucher value is not possible.
– The voucher cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
– The voucher can only be redeemed for items available in the online shop.
– The voucher cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers.

Transferability & usage
– Vouchers are not transferable and can only be redeemed once.
– otara GmbH assumes no liability for loss or theft of vouchers.

Misuse
– otara GmbH reserves the right to block vouchers in the event of suspected fraud or misuse.
