With a SEPA business-to-business direct debit mandate, you authorize otara GmbH to collect your invoices from your account on the due date. This completely eliminates the need for tedious bank transfers.
IMPORTANT: The account used must not be a private account! A SEPA business-to-business direct debit mandate is only valid for business accounts!
How do I apply for a SEPA business-to-business direct debit mandate?

Fill out the form in triplicate: Name/company name, bank details, date, signature.
Have the mandate countersigned by your bank with a stamp and signature, then send us only the copy. “Copy for the payee”.
Once we have received the form, you will receive confirmation of when the mandate has been registered with us.
IMPORTANT: If the signed SEPA business-to-business direct debit mandate is not available, we are not authorized to collect amounts from your account.
