Additional information:

If your complaint is fully justified, you will be credited with a flat rate of €5.20 net for your shipping costs.

Goodwill returns of new goods are only possible under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its unopened and unlabeled original packaging.
  • The seal on the packaging (if present) must be intact.
  • Items must be no more than 30 days old (date of sale to date of submission).
  • Item is not a “B-grade item"
  • A processing fee of €5 net per item applies.
  • otara is entitled to exclude an item from return if necessary.
